3a. Grease stop ring (G) with Mobil SHC Polyrex™ 222. Slide stop ring (G) into valve
housing.
3b. Grease front sealing rings (H) and support ring (I) with Mobil SHC Polyrex™ 222.
Insert front sealing rings (H) in support ring (I).
3c. Apply Mobil SHC Polyrex™ 222 grease to assembled parts (H, I). Slide parts (H+I) into
valve housing.

Fill space with Mobil SHC
Polyrex™ 222
4a. Attach sealing collar (K) on sealing sleeve (L) such that the V-contour is facing in the
direction of installation.
Fill space in sealing sleeve (L) with Mobil SHC Polyrex™ 222 (see gure).
4b. Grease rear sealing rings (M) and sealing sleeve (L) with Mobil SHC Polyrex™ 222.
Insert rear sealing rings (M) in sealing sleeve (L).
4c. Apply Mobil SHC Polyrex™ 222 grease to outside of assembled parts (K, L, M) and
slide into valve housing.

Mobilux® EP 2
5. Grease sealing screw (F) with Mobilux® EP 2 grease.
Screw in sealing screw and tighten to 1.7 Nm; 1.25 lb ft.
