1. If the valve rod (E) from piston (D) is removed:
– Screw piston (D) and valve rod (E) together until stop.
– Secure nut (C) with Loctite® 243.
Hold the valve rod (E) using a size 2 wrench, screw on nut (C) and tighten.
2. Apply Mobil SHC Polyrex™ 222 grease to the tip of valve rod (E).
3. Piston (D): Generously grease groove with Mobilux® EP2.
Insert O-ring (O) in groove (D).
4. Slide valve rod with piston into valve housing.
5. Grease the already inserted O-ring (O) with Mobilux® EP2.
6. Grease front surface of the pressure spring (B) with Mobilux® EP2.
Attach pressure spring (B) to piston (D).
7. Apply Mobilux® EP2 grease to thread and internal space of tension nut (A).
Screw on tension nut (A) and tighten.
