The Kawasaki engine model, type, and code numbers
are located on the side of the engine opposite the recoil
starter handle (on the aluminum housing). For the mow-
er model covered by this manual, an engine manual is
available from Kawasaki to cover the Kawasaki
FH430V.
Engine Serial Number Location (MW)
Model MB
The Briggs & Stratton engine model, type, and code
numbers are located on the left hand of the engine
shroud. For the mower model covered by this manual,
an engine manual is available from Briggs & Stratton to
cover this engine.
