In cream can, dissolve gelatin in 4 Tbsp. cold water. Add
remaining ingredients. Stir with wooden spoon or plastic
spatula until sugar dissolves.
4 Tbsp. cold water
juice of 3 lemons
1-1/2 cups sugar
few grains of salt
3 cups milk
2 cups medium cream
