ICE MILK
ICE MILK refers to a frozen dessert in which all or most of
the high fat-content cream is replaced by milk, but which
otherwise contains the same ingredients as ice cream.
RECIPE FOR VANILLA ICE MILK
Pour milk directly into cream can. Add sugar, vanilla and
salt. Stir with wooden spoon or plastic spatula until sugar
dissolves.
RECIPE FOR CHOCOLATE ICE MILK
4 cups whole milk or 99% fat free milk
1 cup sugar
1-1/2 tsp. pure vanilla extract
1/8 tsp. salt
4 cups whole milk OR 99% fat free milk
