      If your Water Ace Water Pump delivers water but won't shut off, several issues could be the cause. The impeller neck might be worn and needs replacement, or the pressure switch could be defective and require replacement. Try repositioning the O-ring seal. Also, the tank precharge pressure might be too high; adjust it to be 1–2 pounds less than the switch turn-on setting. It's also worth monitoring the water level during operation.

      If your Water Ace Water Pump delivers water for a while and then stops, it could be due to a low well water level. Use a water-level tester while the pump is running to check this.       If the pressure switch on your Water Ace Water Pump turns on and off every few seconds, the galvanized storage tank may be waterlogged; in this case, service or replace the tank. Alternatively, a leaky foot valve could be the issue, requiring repair or replacement. You can also try adjusting the tank pressure.

      If your Water Ace Water Pump isn't delivering its rated capacity, start by clearing any blockages in the venturi or nozzle. Replace the pressure gauge if it's faulty. Adjust the operating pressure as needed. Check the well water level using a water-level tester while the pump runs. Reposition the diffuser O-ring seal. Ensure the ejector is within 10 feet of the pumping level to correct oversubmergence, and adjust the ejector size and depth setting if necessary.

      If the motor of your Water Ace Water Pump overheats and shuts off, the motor voltage might not match the power supply voltage. Also check for the impeller rubbing against the pump case.
