  Your Water Ace Water Pump might run but not deliver water for several reasons. The check valve could be installed backward; make sure the arrow on the valve points in the direction of flow. The discharge shut-off valve, if you're using one, might be closed, so check that it's open. The pump could be air-locked; try starting and stopping it several times by plugging and unplugging the cord. The impeller or volute openings could be clogged, or the inlet holes in the pump base could be obstructed; in either case, remove the pump and clean the affected parts. Finally, the vertical pumping distance might be too high; reduce the distance or resize the pump.
