  If the compressor on your WaterLogic Water Dispenser runs but doesn't chill, the condenser might be dirty. Clean the condensing coil to remove any obstructions or dust. Insufficient airflow into the unit could also be the problem, so ensure there are at least 2 to 4 inches of space around it for ventilation. If the compressor is running very hot, it may indicate low or lost refrigerant, requiring a refrigerant recharge.

  If the cold water from your WaterLogic Water Dispenser isn't cold enough, ensure the red heater and compressor switch is turned on. If the tank has run out of cold water, wait for it to chill. Check the cold water thermostat with a multimeter and replace it if required. If the refrigerant has run out, run the compressor for at least ten minutes; if the condenser is not warm, refill the refrigerant. If the compressor has a problem, repair or replacement is needed.

  If the hot water from your WaterLogic Water Dispenser isn't hot enough, first check that the red heater and compressor switch is turned on. If no water has been dispensed for 3 or more hours, the unit goes into sleep mode. Dispense hot water and wait 5 minutes to check the temperature. If the unit still doesn't heat, there may be no power to the heater elements. Also, the hot tank overload might have tripped, so push to reset it. Inspect the Energy Saver PCB relay board connector for discoloration. If there is no discoloration, contact Waterlogic Technical Department. Check the thermostat or overload, look for loose or improperly connected wires, and check the heating coil. Finally, verify that the jumper pins are correctly located for the hot water option.

  If the red power switch is lit but the red LED on the front of your WaterLogic Water Dispenser is not, the transformer might be bad, so consider replacing it. Also, check the black power connector to the PCB to ensure it's properly connected. A bad front PCB or a bad Energy Saver PCB could also be the cause, so replace them if necessary. Finally, the red heater/compressor switch might be defective, so replace it if needed.

  If the compressor on your WaterLogic Water Dispenser is not running, first ensure that the red heater and compressor switch button on the unit is in the on position. If it is on, the issue might be with the compressor starting circuit. Turn the red heater and compressor switch off, remove the compressor cap on the side of the compressor, disconnect the black and red terminal connectors, and inspect the starter and overload relay for any defects. Replace any defective components and retest the compressor operation.
