      If the blower in your Weather-Rite Air Handler is not working, consider these possibilities: * Belts might be broken or loose. Replace or tighten the belts. * Loose motor or blower sheaves (pulleys). Reinstall them and properly torque the set-screws. * Blower bearings may not turn freely. Replace the bearing(s).

      If the motor of your Weather-Rite Air Handler doesn't operate, there are several potential causes: * The main disconnect switch might be off. If so, turn the disconnect to the ON position. * Blown fuses in the disconnect. In this case, replace the fuses. * Blown fuses or a tripped breaker in the control transformer. Replace the fuses or reset the breaker after turning the disconnect off. * Faulty fan switch. Check the wiring between the remote panel and the air handler and replace the switch if necessary. * If equipped with a damper, ensure it is not obstructed, the linkage is tight and secure, and replace the damper actuator if needed. * A motor starter (contactor) that does not operate requires replacement. * A tripped motor overload.       If the flame control in your Weather-Rite Air Handler doesn't attempt ignition, consider the following: * The auxiliary contact may not be closed. Properly mount the contact or replace it. * The burner/winter switch might be faulty. Replace the switch. * A high temp limit switch could be tripped. Manually reset it or replace it. * Low airflow pressure switch contacts may not be made. Check the blower operation, reconnect tubes to the pressure switch, clean pressure test tubes, and check filters/duct work for restrictions. * High airflow pressure switch contacts may not be made. Check blower FLA and compare to data plate. High cabinet pressure might exist.
