Open the lid and remove the cooking grates, FLAVORIZER BARS, heat diffuser, and heat baffle. 4. Clean the cookbox and burn pot of ash and debris, directing it into the ash and grease system. Ensure the ash is fully extinguished before cleaning. 5. Remove and clean any ash or grease from inside the ash and grease system. Once cleaned, reinstall the drawer.
