Ensure the ash is fully extinguished before cleaning. 5. Reinstall the heat baffle, heat diffuser, FLAVOURISER bars, and cooking grates. 6. Clean the ash and grease system, reinstall the drawer, and replace drip pans if needed. 7. Plug the grill back in and power it on.
