7. AUTOSTEAMER
Before using steam to heat beverages or foam milk, a brief delivery dry run must be performed until
the all condensation water has exited .
Handle the autosteamer nozzle with care: contact with steam or the nozzle could be harmful to people,
property or animals .
Each time after the autosteamer is used, especially when used with milk, perform a brief delivery dry
run and clean the autosteamer nozzle using a cloth moistened with warm water .
The autosteamer guarantees a precision between the set temperature and real temperature of the
milk of ± 3°C only when using milk at a temperature of 4°C .
7.1 HEATING MILK
• Immerge the ends of the autosteamer into the milk to be heated;
• press the Hot milk button (A) ;
• wait for steam delivery to be completed;
• to stop the milk from being heated before it is finished press the Hot milk button (A) again;
• once the set temperature is reached, the steam dispensing can be reactivated by holding down the Hot milk button (A)
7.2 MILK HEATING AND FOAMING
As the steam dispensing will stop automatically when the temperature set for the milk is reached, to keep the milk foam from escap-
ing, introduce an amount of milk no greater than 1/3 the capacity of the jug.
• Immerge the ends of the autosteamer into the milk to be heated;
• press the Hot foamed milk button (B) ;
• wait for steam delivery to be completed;
• to stop the milk from being heated and foamed before it is finished, press the button (B) again;
• once the set temperature is reached, the steam dispensing can be reactivated by holding down the Steamed hot milk button
(B) .
