33. Make sure all parts are properly tightened
before you use the weight bench. The use of
all remaining parts will be explained in
ADJUSTMENTS, starting on the following
page.
32. Attach the Curl Pad (77) to the Curl Post (83) with
two M6 x 16mm Screws (61).
Press the two Weight Adapter Bushings (46) into
the Weight Adapter (42).
