DECALS

from
backing
and
adhere
to
both
sides
of
the
TOP
FRAME
(8).

exercises

make
sure

each

the

arms
is
locked
into
place
with
the
PEC-DECK
LOCK
PINS
(115).

doing
butterfly
exercises
the
PEC-DECK

be
removed.
