with

assemble
the
ARM
PRESS
FRAME
UPRIGHT
(4).
Using
5/16"
X
2
1/4"
HEX
HEAD
BOLTS

bolt
up
through
the
bottom
of
the
Base
*T*
and
then
through
the
welded
brackets
of
the
Upright.
Secure
with
5/16"
NYLON
LOCK
NUTS
(71).
C] with the welded leg curl
brackets of the SEAT
FRAME (5) oriented up,
attach the Seat Frame to
the ARM PRESS
FRAME UPRIGHT (4)
with 5/16" x 2 1/2" HEX
HEAD BOLTS (61). Bolt
through the Seat Frame
brackets, and then
through the Arm Press
Frame Upright.
Assemble 5/16" FLAT 93
WASHERS (70) onto the
bolts and secure with
586" NYLON LOCK
NUTS (71).
