WEEKLY CHECKLIST
(or after 48 hours of continuous operation)
ENSURE THE MACHINE HAS BEEN LOCKED OUT / TAGGED OUT AND THAT ALL COMPONENTS ARE COOL TO THE
TOUCH BEFORE PERFORMING MAINTENANCE ON PARTS.
Clean Jaws and inspect for
damage, such as chipping.
Ensure Fingers are tight to
railings.
Check spring tension on Finger
Tips (if applicable)
Check if the air supply to the
machine is functioning correctly.
Check the interior of the Control
Box and clean all electrical
contacts if there are signs of dust
build up or residue.
Carefully tighten all proximity
sensors, ensuring they have not
shifted position. (shifting position of
sensors will affect machine timing.)
