Why is my weinor BiLine Combio-868 MVLED Remote Control awning/light not responding?
    • G
      Gary NewmanAug 10, 2025
Your Weinor awning or light might not be responding to the remote control due to several reasons: there is no power supply, the awning/light hasn't been programmed, or the batteries in the remote are dead. You should reconnect the power supply, program the awning/light, or replace the batteries in the hand transmitter.

What to do if Weinor Remote Control awning retracts immediately after a DOWN command?
    • T
      Tammy WashingtonAug 20, 2025
If your awning extends only a short way and then retracts after a DOWN command, this could be due to a few reasons: 1. The receiver might be in lock mode because the maximum wind factor on the sun/wind or sun/wind/rain sensor was exceeded. This lock mode will be removed automatically 15 minutes after the maximum wind factor was last exceeded. 2. The WeiTronic Agido-868 product protection sensor might have been triggered. The device unlocks automatically after 15-20 minutes. 3. A programmed sun/wind or sun/wind/rain sensor could be faulty or incorrectly installed. The device will only unlock when the fault has been remedied.

Why does my weinor BiLine Combio-868 MVLED awning move UP and cannot be stopped?
    • N
      nathansmithAug 26, 2025
If your awning moves UP and cannot be halted or extended, it is likely due to a "Wind alarm". This means that a programmed sun/wind and/or sun/wind/rain sensor or Agido-868 product protection sensor has been triggered. The device unlocks automatically after the designated period.

Why does my weinor BiLine Combio-868 MVLED awning stop and then continue after an UP command?
    • K
      Kevin RiveraAug 30, 2025
If the awning stops after a while and then continues following an UP command, the Agido-868 battery is likely empty. Replace the batteries in a programmed WeiTronic Agido-868 product protection sensor.

How to teach in the weinor BiLine Combio-868 MVLED awning if it cannot be taught in with the hand transmitter?
    • T
      Tiffany RuizSep 4, 2025
If the awning cannot be taught in with either the BiEasy or Remoto hand transmitter, it may be because the unidirectional transmitter/ sensor e.g. Remoto or the bidirectional transmitter/ sensor e.g. BiEasy is still taught in. Delete the old transmitter completely, then teach in the awning with the new transmitter.
