Why is my weinor BiRec MVLED awning/light not responding to the hand transmitter?
    • H
      Harry FrankAug 10, 2025
If your weinor Receiver-controlled awning or light isn't responding to the hand transmitter, there could be several reasons. First, check that the power supply is properly connected. Second, the awning/light may not be programmed to the receiver, so you'll need to program it. Finally, the batteries in the hand transmitter might be dead; try replacing them.

    • T
      Tammy ThompsonAug 14, 2025
If the drive of your weinor Receiver is moving in the wrong direction, it's likely that the directions were programmed incorrectly. To fix this, delete the channel and program it correctly.

What to do if my weinor BiRec MVLED awning retracts immediately after extending a short way?
    • L
      Lindsey KaiserSep 12, 2025
If your weinor Receiver awning extends only a short way and then retracts after a DOWN command, it could be due to several reasons: * The receiver might be in lock mode because the maximum wind factor on the sun/wind or sun/wind/rain sensor was exceeded. This lock mode will be removed automatically 15 minutes after the maximum wind factor was last exceeded. * The BiSens Agido-3V product protection sensor might have been triggered recently. The device unlocks automatically after 15-20 minutes. * The programmed sun/wind or sun/wind/rain sensor could be faulty or incorrectly installed. The device will only unlock when the fault has been remedied.

Why does my weinor BiRec MVLED Receiver awning move UP and cannot be stopped?
    • M
      Melvin ThompsonAug 25, 2025
If your weinor Receiver awning moves UP and cannot be halted or extended, it's likely due to a "Wind alarm". This means that the programmed sun/wind and/or sun/wind/rain sensor or BiSens Agido-3V product protection sensor has been triggered. The device unlocks automatically after the designated period.

Why does my weinor BiRec MVLED awning stop and continue after an UP command?
    • M
      Mary MartinezAug 30, 2025
If your weinor Receiver awning stops after a while and then continues after an UP command, the BiSens Agido-3V battery might be empty. Replace the batteries in a programmed BiSens Agido-3V product protection sensor.

What to do if light programming doesn't start after drive programming on weinor Receiver?
    • S
      Sandra GilbertSep 3, 2025
If the light programming procedure doesn't start automatically after completing the drive programming procedure on your weinor Receiver, it may be because a transmitter has already been programmed on the receiver. You can program another transmitter on the receiver using the transmitter already programmed on this receiver or delete all recipients on the transmitter and program the awning and light again.
