What to do if weinor Receiver awning retracts immediately after a DOWN command?
    • A
      Anne TurnerAug 23, 2025
If your weinor Receiver awning extends only a short way and then retracts after a DOWN command, it could be due to several reasons: * The receiver might be in lock mode because the maximum wind factor on the sun/wind or sun/wind/rain sensor was exceeded. This lock mode will be removed automatically 15-20 minutes after the maximum wind factor was last exceeded. * The BiSens Agido-3V product protection sensor may have been triggered recently. The device unlocks automatically after 15-20 minutes. * The programmed sun/wind or sun/wind/rain sensor might be faulty or incorrectly installed. The device will only unlock when the fault has been remedied.

    • C
      Christine SandersAug 29, 2025
If your weinor Receiver awning moves UP and cannot be halted or extended, it indicates a "Wind alarm." This means a programmed sun/wind and/or sun/wind/rain sensor or BiSens Agido-3V product protection sensor has been triggered. The device unlocks automatically after the designated period.
