Liberally coat o-ring with Super
Lube lubricant or equivalent
Install o-ring into groove
Install rupture disc with correct
orientation to ensure proper fit
Install Lock Washer (1)
Tighten Hex Nut with SPM
Tool
PN: 2P43174 (2”) 2P43175 (3”)
(Torque to 75 ft. lbs.)
Apply Burst Pressure Label:
2P42811 onto housing as shown
Apply anti-seize on the hex nut
threads
