How to fix a Wen Nail Gun that won't turn on?
    • B
      brooksjohnAug 12, 2025
If your Wen Nail Gun isn't turning on (the LED doesn't light up), start by charging the battery, as it may be low. If charging doesn't help, the battery might be damaged and need replacement. Also, check if the firing contact pin is locked and unlock it. Clean the battery terminal if it's dirty.

Why my Wen 20512BT Nail Gun is on but not starting?
    • R
      Robert PrinceAug 20, 2025
If your Wen Nail Gun is on but not starting (LED light is ON), make sure the firing contact pin is depressed. Check the driving mode; if it's in single-sequential mode, release the trigger and firing contact pin, then try firing again. The firing contact pin might also be jammed, so unlock it.

What to do if Wen 20512BT Nail Gun is on, but the LED light is RED and it doesn't start?
    • L
      lawrence87Aug 27, 2025
If your Wen Nail Gun is on but not starting and the LED light is red, the battery charge is likely low, so charge the battery. Alternatively, the battery may have overheated, so let the nailer cool down.

Why is my Wen Nail Gun operating, but not driving fasteners?
    • M
      Matthew TuckerSep 3, 2025
If your Wen Nail Gun operates but doesn't drive fasteners, several factors could be at play. First, ensure the magazine is loaded with the correct fasteners. If that's not the issue, check for debris in the nose piece or magazine, and clean them with pneumatic air tool oil and a clean cloth. Also, make sure the depth adjustment wheel isn't set too shallow and that you're pressing the tool firmly against the workpiece. Finally, check the battery charge and replace or charge it if needed.
