Unit is not plugged in. Plug unit in.
Remote is not pointed at the unit. Point remote at unit.
Remote is out of range. Move closer to unit.
Remote batteries are dead. Replace batteries (AAA).
Fuse has blown.
Replace fuse (part no. 3416-057,
6x30mm, F8AL250V).
Defective remote, PCB, or motor.
