Wash all parts thoroughly, remove grease/oil, and dry completely before initial assembly.
Ensure blade screw is tight, place slicer on stable surface, and plug into a rated outlet.
Position a tray for sliced food and load food onto the carriage using the pusher.
Set desired thickness, turn on the slicer, and begin pushing food through the blade.
Maintain safe hand position, turn off, shield blade, and disconnect power when done.
Always disconnect power before cleaning and never immerse the motor assembly in water.
Hand wash blade, pusher, and tray in hot soapy water, sanitize, air dry, and use caution with the blade.
Set knob to '-', remove carriage/pusher, and carefully remove the blade using a coin or screwdriver.
Clean the exterior with a damp cloth and reassemble parts securely.
