Accessing Freezer Compartment Components(Continued)

1. Complete  instrucons steps 1-6.
2. Remove the thermistor cover by releasing the two tabs on
the right side. The freezer thermistor connector can be
accessed behind the FC evaporator cover.
3. Release the two tabs and then the center tab on the fan
cove r.
4. Remove the four, 1/4" (6.4 mm) screws to remove FC
evaporator cover to access FC evaporator and evaporator
components.
5. Remove two screws to remove the fan assembly. When
installing fan make sure foam gaskets are in place.
6. Remove noise masc tape to access bimetal before installing.
Unclip the bimetal from the sucon line.

1. To remove the door switch from the cabinet wall, protect the
liner while using a puy knife to pry it out. Disconnect
harness connectors.
