Cooling Fan Induction Power Control IPC
Induction Oven
Mode of operation in the appliance:
The fan is a brushless driven. On the printed circuit board a electronic is generating a
alternating magnetic field via the coil. This coil is driving the permanent magnet which is
glued in the fan wheel .
The speed is controlled via a hall sensor. The speed itself is variable and can be changed via
the main control electronic. The fan starts working on 4 VDC power with low speed. The
maximum speed is reached with a power supply of 13,2 VDC
The fan itself has 3 wirings:
Black ground
Red power supply 6-12VDC
Blue speed signal
connector has to be measured by a meter during an induction program is running.
Alternatively use a 9V battery polarity plus to red for verifying the function
The supply voltage can be measured on the plug.
Only single speed in operation.
