Why is my Whynter ICM-128BPS not freezing?

There are several reasons why your Whynter Ice Cream Maker might not be freezing: * The room's ambient temperature may be too high. Ensure the unit is in a well-ventilated area with temperatures between 60°F (16°C) and 90°F (32°C). * The ice cream mixture might be too warm. Use a refrigerated mixture, ensuring it doesn't exceed the top dasher of the churn blade. * The volume of the mixture may be more than the required measurement. Use a refrigerated mixture and make sure that your pre-mixture does not go over top dasher of the churn blade.
