If there is moisture in the earmould or
tube, use a blower or similar to blow them
dry before attaching the tube to the ear-
hook.
Never use alcohol or other cleaning solutions to clean the ear-set, as this
may cause discolouration.
Changing the tube
If your ear-set tubing breaks, you should replace it.
For further supplies of tubing, or if the earmould no longer fits your ear,
contact your hearing care professional.
