Why do my hearing aids beep when I press a telephone key on Widex Remote Control?
If your hearing aids beep and change to another program when a telephone key is pressed while using the Widex Remote Control, some telephones may be sending a keypad tone to the M-DEX. Try turning off the keypad tone on your telephone.
