Step 7: INSTALLING PULLEY SAFETY COVERS
Using 16 x 100 hex head bolts, flat washer and lock washer, attach the 4 pulley covers
as shown in picture. You will need to match up the proper orientation based on what
corner you are attaching to. Each cover requires 4 sets of fasteners.
Step 8: INSTALLING POWER UNIT
Mount the power unit mounting bracket to the top of the post nearest to the hose
connection and safety lock handle. Using the M8 x 25 hex head bolts, washer and lock
washer. Using two large flat washers shim the leading edge of the of the motor
mount. Note: You can choose three positions for the power unit. Front, outside or back
of that post. The front position is the most common and makes the easiest to operate the
lift.
