      Tamara DiazAug 8, 2025
If your Windgoo Bicycle isn't working, several factors could be at play. It might be due to insufficient battery power, faulty connections, or the battery not being fully seated in the tray. Also, check for an improper turn-on sequence, engaged brakes, or a blown discharge fuse. In any of these cases, repair or reconnect the relevant components.

If your Windgoo Bicycle motor isn't responding when powered on, it could be due to loose wiring, a loose or damaged throttle, or a loose or damaged motor plug wire. In the case of loose wiring, adjust the connections. If the throttle or motor plug wire is loose or damaged, replace them. A damaged motor can also be the cause, and in that case, repair or replace it.

Why does my Windgoo E20 wheel or motor make strange noises?
    • J
      Jesus ReevesAug 29, 2025
If your Windgoo Bicycle wheel or motor is making strange noises, it could be due to low tire pressure (adjust tire pressure), a low or faulty battery (check connections or charge battery), or driving with too many hills, headwind, braking, and/or excessive load (assist with pedals or adjust route). It may also be caused by a battery discharged for a long period of time without regular charges, or the battery is aged, damaged, or unbalanced (balance the battery; contact tech support if range decline persists). Brakes rubbing can also cause noise (adjust the brakes).
