5.9 Before working with the warewasher for the first time
Ø Have the warewasher set up by an authorised service technician or your dealer.
Ø Have the warewasher connected according to the locally applicable standards and the regulations by authorised
mechanics (water, waste water, electrical system).
Ø After connecting the water and the power properly, contact the relevant Winterhalter dealer or your dealer for the com-
missioning of the warewasher and for providing training in its operation. Have yourself and your operating personnel
trained in the operation of the warewasher.
5.10 Check for completeness
Note:Ensure that there is always enough detergent and rinse aid available to achieve an optimum wash result.
