  Your Wissner-Bosserhoff Medical Equipment bed might not be moving because the GO button isn't activated; press it to resolve. Alternatively, the receiver could be locked, so unlock it. A not programmed controller can also be the cause, in this case program the controller according to chapter 4.7. Ensure the SafeLift Box is correctly connected by checking the plug connection. The handset might not be correctly plugged in; check its connection. If none of these resolve the issue, the controller, SafeLift box, or handset may be defective.
