If your Wissner-Bosserhoff Medical Equipment bed isn't moving, several factors could be at play. First, ensure the GO button is activated by pressing it. Check if the receiver is locked and unlock it if necessary. Verify that the SafeLift Box is correctly connected by checking the plug connection. Also, confirm that the handset is properly plugged in. If the issue persists, the controller or SafeLift box may be defective, or the handset itself might be faulty, in which case you should contact WiBo service.
