If the electric motor adjustments aren't functioning, there could be several reasons: * The handset might be faulty or not correctly plugged in. In this case, contact customer service for a replacement. * The equipment might not be connected to the power supply, or the battery could be empty. Ensure it's properly connected to the power supply. * The system may have overloaded, causing the temperature protection to switch off or the fuse to trip. Allow the system to cool down for up to 20 minutes. If it still doesn't work, contact customer service, as the power box may need replacement.
