Also, check the sensor mat; reposition it and secure it in place. The time interval may be too short; adjust it using the control dial. Finally, the mattress might be unsuitable (too firm or heavy); choose a permissible mattress in accordance with the IFU.

  If no call is triggered and the under-bed light does not switch on for your Wissner-Bosserhoff Medical Equipment, first, check if the Bed-Exit box is switched off and switch the box on. Ensure the sensor mat cable is securely plugged into the Bed-Exit Box. If there is no mains supply, plug the network cable into the socket. For beds with a battery, ensure the battery is not empty. If the sensor mat is worn or defective, replace it. If the Bed-Exit box is defective, contact WiBo service.
