  Uneven cycling and insufficient spray pressure in your wiwa Paint Sprayer can stem from several causes: * The coating's viscosity might be too high, leading to suction loss, so dilute or warm up the coating material. * A leaky bottom valve could be the culprit, causing the pump to stop only on the upward stroke when the spray gun is closed. Remove the bottom valve and thoroughly clean the ball and seat. * A leaky piston valve might also cause the pump to stop only on the downward stroke when the spray gun is closed. Clean the ball and seat in the dual piston, replacing if necessary. * Worn upper or lower packings can also lead to leaks, so replace the packings.

  If your wiwa Paint Sprayer cycles evenly but fails to reach the necessary operating pressure, consider these potential causes: 1. Insufficient air supply or pressure. Increase the inbound air pressure with the regulator and check the diameter of the inbound air hose. 2. The spray nozzle being too large. Use a smaller spray nozzle. 3. A worn spray nozzle. Replace the spray nozzle. 4. A frozen air motor (running too slow). If possible, reduce the inbound air pressure. Fill the oiler with anti-freeze (Gly santine) and adjust it.
