Lastly, a wiring error on the HCM-2 (low voltage side) could be the culprit, so check the electrical connection of the HCM-2 low voltage side.

Check the system pressure and vent the heating circuit. Inspect the cables and plugs of the temperature limiter (eHLSC), and if they are OK but there's no function, replace the eHLSC. Also, check if the pump is running; if not, check its cables and plugs, and if the electrical connection is OK but it's still not working, replace the pump.
