Check and tighten all hydraulic hose ttings
(3/4” wrench or crescent). Snug but do not
over-tighten these ttings.
Remove the draw arm pins that secure the
backhoe to the pallet.
Attach the suction hose to the tank as shown.
(15/16” wrench) Note – the suction hose is the
larger of the two hoses, the pressure hose is
smaller in diameter.
Attach the suction hose (black arrow) and
pressure hose (blue arrow) from the backhoe to
the pump as shown. Pay attention to how the
suction hose is laying overtop of the pressure
hose (green arrow).
