Tools you will need:
• Wrenches: 1/2”or 13mm,18mm,
3/4”, 15/16”, 1-1/4”
• Sockets: 30mm or 1-3/16”
• Alternatively, 2-cresent wrenches
will do the job as well,
but will take a bit longer.
• Pliers
• Safety glasses, Rags, funnel,
zip ties (2) 1/4” x 13”
• 5-7 gallons of hydraulic oil
(see the chart on page 22 for
proper oil viscosity for your region)
We have complied these instructions
meticulously and in the following
sequence for a reason. Follow the steps
exactly for an easy two hour installation.
If you attempt to“gure it out as you
go”, it will take a lot longer.
The backhoe comes packaged on a
wooden pallet as shown. Place the
backhoe in the shipping crate on a rm,
level surface for assembly. Be careful
when removing packaging, do not use
a box cutter or damage to the seat or
hydraulic lines can occur. Wear safety
glasses when working with hydraulic
lines.
Remove all of the components from
the crate. (optional hydraulic thumb
pictured) You will need the tools and
supplies listed for the assembly.
