The WOpet TitBit WiFi Pet Camera is an intelligent product designed to interact with and monitor pets, offering a range of features for pet owners. It functions as a pet treat dispenser with an integrated camera, allowing for remote interaction and surveillance.

Function Description

The primary function of the WOpet TitBit WiFi Pet Camera is to allow pet owners to remotely dispense treats to their pets and monitor them through a built-in HD camera. The device connects to a smartphone application (WOpet APP) via WiFi, enabling control and interaction from anywhere.

Key functions include:

• Remote Treat Dispensing: Users can manually dispense treats to their pets by pressing a "SET" button on the device or through the WOpet APP. The device is designed to pop treats, and it's recommended to use food sizes below 15 mm to ensure proper operation. If the sensing lamp doesn't detect the dispensed food, it will attempt to toss again, up to four times. If the snack outlet is blocked, the APP will display a "Dispense excessive food" prompt, requiring the user to clear the obstruction. If no food is detected in the grain bucket, a "No Food" prompt will appear, indicating the need to refill or check for direct sunlight exposure, which can affect the sensor.
• Live Video Monitoring: The integrated HD camera with night vision allows users to view their pets in real-time, even in low-light conditions. This feature provides peace of mind and allows owners to check on their pets throughout the day.
• Two-Way Audio Communication: The device includes a microphone, enabling voice chat with pets. This allows owners to speak to their pets and hear their responses, fostering a sense of presence even when away.
• Photo and Video Capture: Users can capture photos and record videos of their pets directly through the APP, preserving memorable moments.

• APP Download and Installation: The WOpet APP can be downloaded from Google Play (for Android devices) or the App Store (for iOS devices) by searching for "WOPET."
• Device Linking: After logging into the WOpet APP, users can select the device model to link it to their account.
• WiFi Connection: The device connects to a 2.4GHz WiFi network. Users are guided through a process involving pressing the "SET" button on the device, inputting WiFi credentials into the APP, and scanning a QR code generated by the APP with the device's camera. The APP provides visual and auditory prompts to ensure successful connection. If the QR code scan is unsuccessful due to environmental factors or other issues, the APP offers a hotspot connecting mode as an alternative.
• Interface Navigation: The APP interface includes various controls for interacting with the device, such as "Page Up," "Gallery," "Capture photo," "Voice chat," "Record," and "Toss a treat." A "Setting" icon allows access to device information, recording settings, volume control, and Alexa integration.
• Troubleshooting Assistance: The APP provides a "Help" section with FAQs and a "Service" button to contact support via email for any issues or questions regarding the device's operation.
• Account Management: Users can log in to their APP account. If an account change is desired, a new account must be registered with a new email, and the intelligent equipment must be unlinked from the original account and then linked to the new one. Unlinking and linking the device to a new account involves a long press of the "Set" button until the green lamp flickers slowly, followed by scanning a QR code.

Proper maintenance ensures the longevity and optimal performance of the WOpet TitBit WiFi Pet Camera.

• Cleaning: It is important to clean up residual dog food or snacks after feeding to prevent blockages and maintain hygiene. This also prevents children from accidentally consuming pet food.
• Food Type and Size: The device is designed to dispense dry dog food or snacks, with a recommended maximum size of 15mm. Using inappropriate food types or sizes can lead to blockages or damage.
• Power Supply: Always use the original power adapter and power line provided with the device. Avoid pulling the power line directly when plugging or unplugging the adapter.
• Environmental Conditions: The product is intended for indoor use only and should be kept out of direct sunlight. It is not waterproof and should not be used in humid environments due to its electronic components.
• Physical Integrity: Do not insert any foreign matter into the product. Refitting or repairing the product by oneself is prohibited.
• Supervision: Persons without the suitable capacity for civil conduct, including children, must use, clean, and maintain the product under the supervision and guidance of a guardian.
• Troubleshooting Indicators: The device's red and green indicator lamps provide visual cues for its status:
  • Green lamp flickering slowly: Configurable status.
  • Green lamp flickering quickly: Connecting to the network.
  • Green lamp normally ON: The network is connected.
  • Red lamp slow flickering and green lamp OFF: No food in the grain bucket, or the food is blocked.
• Safety Precautions: In case of abnormal smell, smoking, or heating, stop using the product immediately and contact customer service.
• Responsible Use: Do not use the product for purposes other than feeding pets. When dispensing treats, be mindful of the surrounding environment and avoid tossing treats towards humans or pets' eyes.
