Wiring Communicaon Cable:
Red = +24vdc On table down
Green = -24vdc
White = To Li Valve
Blue from communicator +24vdc on Table up
Brown from output of table up signal
Black from output of delay mer
High Voltage Cable:
Red = 110 volt leg
Black = 110 volt leg
Green = Ground
White = Neutral
Normally explained 2 hot’s a ground and a neutral, We use the neutral with the ashback because the cooling blowers are 110vac
+ the contactors coil.
Element Tray Cable:
Black = 110 VAC
White = 110 VAC
Flashback Info:
The Flashback works o of 4 sources, 110VAC, 24vdc, and 110 psi.
When tesng the Flashback the 220 VAC can be Unplugged, unless were tesng the high voltage.
The Modes can all be tested with out the heat on, for example if you are tesng a ashback that will not retract you will want to
turn the heat o so you don’t burn a shirt or cause some other damage
