Communicaon bracket:
The communicaon bracket is what the Flashback uses to connect to the cpu, the switch on the top of the bracket is acvated by
the table raising and lowering. This switch will get dirty at mes grease lint and spray adhesive and will need cleaned. Also at
mes there may be a high spot in the table and when the machine is in the down mode it does not make contact not signaling a
funcon to happen.
The snap acon switch is labeled COM NO NC
Com = Common +24vdc at all mes
NO = normally open +24vdc when tables are down
NC = normally closed +24vdc when the tables are up
There is no –24vdc to this snap acon switch, if you are checking for voltage at the switch you will need to get the –24vdc from
your power supply or CPU.
