Usage Features
The high pressure washer comes with several components for versatile use:
- Handle with holder for high pressure hose (1): Provides a secure grip and storage for the high-pressure hose.
- High pressure hose (2): Connects the washer to the gun, delivering high-pressure water.
- Holder for mains cable (3): Keeps the power cable organized.
- On/off switch (4): Controls the power to the unit.
- Connection for high pressure hose (5): Point for attaching the high-pressure hose to the washer.
- Lance holder (6): Stores the lance and extension when not in use.
- Accessories holder (7): For additional accessories.
- Cleaning agent container (8): Allows for the use of cleaning agents.
- Transport wheel (9): Facilitates easy movement of the washer.
- Water inlet connection (10): Where the water supply hose is connected.
- Nozzle cleaning needle (11): Used to clear blockages in the nozzle.
- Quick connector (12): For quick attachment of the water supply hose.
- Extension (13): Extends the reach of the gun.
- Gun (14): The primary operating tool for directing the water jet.
- Variable nozzle (15): Allows adjustment of the water jet from a flat wide jet to a narrower, more intense jet.
- Screws (16): For assembly of certain parts.
Assembly and Operation:
- Mounting the quick connector: Remove the black cap from the back of the washer and attach the quick connector (12) to the water inlet connection (10).
- Mounting the handle: Push the handle with holder (1) onto the fastening points at the top and secure with screws (16).
- Mounting holders: Attach the holder for mains cable (3) and lance holder (6) to the side fastening points.
- Mounting high pressure hose: Remove the black cap from connection (5) and connect the high pressure hose (2) to it.
- Mounting hose and gun: Plug the high pressure hose (2) into the gun (14). To remove, push lever (D) and pull out the hose.
- Mounting extension with variable nozzle: Plug the extension (13) with the variable nozzle (15) into the gun (14) and twist. To remove, press button (A) and pull out the nozzle.
- Before operation: Ensure the power supply is connected via a residual current device (RCD) or earth tester. Verify rating plate data matches mains data. Always pull the power plug before making adjustments. The washer must be on a level, stable surface. Use with one hand on the gun and the other on the lance. Operating temperature should be between +5 and +50 °C. Do not use dirty water or water containing chemicals.
- Operation: Turn on the water tap fully. Switch on the high pressure washer (4). The motor will build pressure and then switch off. Press the security switch (C) to unlock the gun starting lever (A). The nozzle operates by pressure, and the motor switches back on. Releasing the lever (A) switches off the washer, but the system remains pressurized. After use, press (C) to lock the lever.
- Adjusting variable nozzle: Turn the tip of the variable nozzle (15) left to reduce jet width, and right to expand it.
- Using cleaning agent container: Remove the black cap from container (8) and fill with suitable cleaning agent. Remove the variable nozzle (15) from the extension (13) for automatic cleaning agent addition. Remove the container if not mixing cleaning agent with water.
Maintenance Features
The high pressure washer is designed to be maintenance-free, but regular cleaning is recommended after each use.
- Cleaning: Always pull out the power plug before any maintenance. Never direct the water jet at the washer itself or clean it under flowing water to avoid electric shock and damage. Keep the washer clean, especially ventilation slots, using a soft brush or moist cloth.
- Nozzle cleaning: If the variable nozzle (15) is soiled or blocked, use the nozzle cleaning needle (11) to remove foreign bodies.
