  If your Worx Lawn Mower doesn’t run when the operating bail is activated, first ensure the safety lock-out button is completely pushed. Turn the mower off, remove the batteries, and check if the blade can turn freely. If not, return it to an authorized servicer. Also, verify the battery is fully charged. Try raising the cutting height of the wheels to the highest position and starting the mower. Avoid overloading the mower by slowing down the cutting pace or raising the cut height, or both.

  If your Worx Lawn Mower's cutting performance is unsatisfactory, several factors could be at play. Make sure the battery is fully charged by plugging in the charger until the green light comes on. Turn the mower off, remove the batteries, and check the blade for sharpness and the deck/discharge chute for clogs. The wheel height adjustment might be too low; try raising it. Also, check each wheel for free rotation. Inspect the blade for bends or damage, replacing it if necessary. If the underside of the deck is damaged, return the mower to an authorized service center. You can also try removing the batteries and blade, rotating the blade 180 degrees, and retightening it.

Remove the batteries and clear any debris from the inner deck wall. Check the plug connection and consider replacing the charger. The battery may also need diagnosis at an authorized service center. Ensure you remove the mulch plate when bagging and clear the chute of grass clippings if it's clogged. If you're cutting too much grass at once, raise the cutting height of the wheels.
