The desired sharp freezing temperature is preset via P14. It
is controlled on the sharp setpoint. After the function is
ended and the sharp temperature is reached, forced
defrosting is performed; only when this is completed does
the device return to normal operation. During sharp
freezing, defrosting is not started.
