Troubleshooting Tips

The green indication of the

The plug of the mains adapter is not completely
pluged into the socket or the connection to the
charging cradle is interrupted
Plug in mains adapter correctly; connect it correctly
to the charging cradle

Fan motor does not start
working after the sleeve has
been pressed against the
surface.; the charging state

Battery is not correctly inserted Remove battery and insert it again until it clicks into

Battery contacts soiled, oily or corroded Clean battery contacts
Battery deeply discharged or defective Charge battery or remove (see Battery and charger

Fan motor defective Have the device checked by a customer service

The ring process was not

Combustion chamber not compressed correctly:
Test: Press sleeve against the surface for approx. 1
min, then actuate the trigger.
If no ring is triggered, there is a loss of sealing.
