1. You should ensure the device is powered off when open the top cover.
2. You need to clean the filter basket before being dry.

Take out the filter basket. Empty all debris and rinse it with clean
water.
After rinsing, put the filter basket into
the cleaner and close the cover.
Hold the filter cover handle, press and open it.
