- Secure Access integrates
with your existing employee ID badge
solution, allowing users to simply swipe
their badge at the WorkCentre 7120
multifunction system to unlock access
to features. Usage data can then be
made available to other solutions for
tracking, accounting and regulatory
purposes. Follow-You™ print, a feature
of Secure Access, allows you to send
a document to a secure print queue,
walk up to any system on the network
equipped with Secure Access, swipe
your ID card and access the document
for printing.

140-2 compliant encryption, provides
an additional layer of security against
unauthorised users.
• Image Overwrite* - electronically
“shreds” data stored on the
multifunction system hard drive

Third-party certifi cation
Xerox has a proven track record of
participation and compliance with
emerging government security standards
and third-party testing and certifi cation.
The prime example of this commitment is
our participation in the Common Criteria
Certifi cation process. Xerox submits its
products, along with highly structured
statements of the product’s information
security capabilities, for validation by
an independent, government-sponsored
laboratory. Certifi cation is a costly,
rigorous, time-consuming process. The
WorkCentre 7120 multifunction system
will be submitted for certifi cation shortly
