Step barefoot on

Precautions
To ensure accurate data, make sure that the soles of your feet are dry and clean during measurement.
Wear lightweight clothes and stand barefoot while maintaining full contact between the soles of your feet
and the metal electrodes.
Do not move your feet or step off the scale during measurement unless necessary.
Measure at the same time period and under the same conditions each day.
Try to avoid using the scale immediately after strenuous exercise, consuming large amounts of alcohol, water,
or food, or taking a sauna. Take measurements after your body has recovered to avoid affecting the accuracy
of the results.
It is recommended to measure heart rate in a calm state.
The scale supports two measurement unit: "kg" and "lb".
The measurement unit of the scale is set to "kg" by default. You can change it in the settings of the scale
in the Mi Home/Xiaomi Home app.
Use the scale in a dry environment. Do not use it in damp environments such as bathrooms.
Do not immerse the scale in water or any other liquid.
Do not step on the scale for measurement with wet feet or when the scale's surface is wet to avoid slipping.
Do not use the scale in environments with temperatures above 40 °C, below 0 °C, or close to strong magnetic
fields. Keep it away from water sources, fire sources, and damp, dusty or corrosive environments. Do not use
it near electric heathers, microwave ovens, ovens, water heathers, fires, candles, and other high-temperature
sources to avoid affecting battery performance and causing errors in the scale.
Do not impact, squeeze, drop, throw, or scratch the scale because a strong impact may cause damage to the
scale's surface. If the scale is damaged, stop using it immediately and contact the after-sales service team.
Do not touch or try to remove the broken parts.
