6. Click Allow to accept, or click Reject to reject.
Sometimes we cannot connect to your device because the Teamviewer on your
device is too old and needs to be updated. To fix that, Open the web browser using
the device, and it will guide you to XTOOL official website. Click “Support – Download
Center”, find Teamviewer and click download. After you have downloaded the apk
file, open it and install the latest app, and we will be ready to go.
