Increase the flow of the filter pump and expel air from the cells, ensuring the water surface exceeds 2/3 of the cells. Also, check if the filter is in backwash status and adjust accordingly. If the issue persists, the flow switch circuit may be disconnected or faulty, requiring replacement of the flow switch.
