What to do if my XtremepowerUS 90151 Swimming Pool Filter shows 'NO FLOW'?
    • C
      caroline21Aug 2, 2025
If the XtremepowerUS Swimming Pool Filter displays 'NO FLOW', ensure the filter pump is operating and there are no obstructions in the piping. Increase the flow of the filter pump and expel air from the cells, ensuring the water surface exceeds 2/3 of the cells. Also, check if the filter is in backwash status and adjust accordingly. If the issue persists, the flow switch circuit may be disconnected or faulty, requiring replacement of the flow switch.

      David ThomasAug 6, 2025
If your XtremepowerUS Swimming Pool Filter displays 'Err5' and the Water Temperature light is on, it means the detected water temperature has exceeded 113°F (45°C). The system will resume operation when the water temperature is between 55°F (13°C) and 109°F (43°C). Ensure the water temperature recovers and restart the chlorine generator. Also, check whether the flow switch circuit is broken.

What to do if XtremepowerUS Swimming Pool Filter displays Err2 Load break?
    • S
      Shawna MaynardAug 15, 2025
If your XtremepowerUS Swimming Pool Filter shows 'Err2 Load break', it could be due to very low salinity, a disconnected wire to the titanium plate, or an old titanium plate. Add a small amount of salt water to the cells and restart the chlorine generator. Cut off the power supply, remove the chlorine generator, and check whether the titanium plate wiring is off. If the titanium plate is very old, change electrolytic cell.

    • K
      Karen MillerSep 12, 2025
If your XtremepowerUS Swimming Pool Filter displays 'Err1 Load short circuit', it could be due to a conductive metal embedded in the titanium plates or a short circuit of water inlet at the connection of titanium plates. Cut off the power supply, remove the chlorine generator and rinse the titanium plate. Also, check whether the wiring position of the titanium plate is flooded or burnt out. If not drain out of water, re-install and start the equipment.
